Tarheel Youth Golf Association (TYGA)

The Tin Whistles are the hosts for the Tarheel Youth Golf Association (TYGA) summer Tots tournaments in the Pinehurst area. There are six 9-hole tournaments, for boys & girls ages 6 through 12. These tournaments are identified as Tots. Due to course scheduling issues some tournaments may fall on Sunday, Monday or Tuesday afternoons. Courses to be played are normally provided in the months either March or April on the TYGA website

Tin Whistles Volunteers provide:

  • Check-In
  • Course Layout and Pick-up (tee markers)
  • Starter
  • Scoring
  • Pace-of-Play Assistance
